The paper retained its high standard and adequacy in terms of objectivity in all rationale. The standard of the paper in terms of quality and content was comparable with those of previous years.  The paper had a wide coverage of the syllabus and all the questions were within the scope of the examination syllabus.

The questions were adequate, straightforward and lacked any form of ambiguity.  The rubrics were clearly stated while the marking scheme was elastic enough to accommodate all possible answers.  However, candidates performance was just fair when compared with recent years.
