GENERAL COMMENTS ON THE PAPER AS A WHOLE
The standard of the Paper was high and candidates are beginning to respond to the realities of the paper. Number of candidates offering the subject is dropping. The performance of candidates dropped sharply from that of last year. The scenario questions shaped the nature of the responses. The quality of questions is commendable and the rubrics are great.
