Candidates showed very good knowledge of factors and brokers but many could not differentiate between universal, special and general agents. The answers expected were:
1. Universal agent - has unrestricted authority.
2. General Agent - has authority to act in all matters of a particular trade.
3. Special agent - is appointed for a specific purposeand ceases to be agent after completing the particular assignment
