OBSERVATION

The question is on phonetics. It is intended to test the candidates knowledge of places and manners of articulation and some selected articulators for description. Candidates performed poorly as many of them could not differentiate between places and manners of articulation as they mixed them up. Many candidates believed that the question is difficult, therefore ran away from the question.
