This required effective drawing of figures and objects portraying the street beggars. Elements and principles of art were expected to be considered in the production of the composition with the use of colours showing the direction of light; proper utilization of space provided and suitable background.
Very few candidates attempted this question. In the compositions, some candidates portrayed beggars and left out donors. Most of the paintings lacked application of harmonious colours, effective drawing of figures and appropriate perspective.
