Question 3

A female model dressed in a native attire, wears an appropriate headgear.  The model sits on an arm chair bending slightly forward and resting on the left elbow placed on the left thigh.  The right hand is placed on the right armrest.  The head slightly turned to the left.

Make a study of the model from the head to the knee.

OBSERVATION

Many candidates attempted this question with better results than in previous examinations.

The only error recorded was in the composition of the model.  Some candidates failed to interprete correctly the rubrics on  how the model should pose.
While some drew the two hands resting on the thighs, others drew the left hand resting on the left thigh and the right hand’s elbow placed on the right thigh and the palm supported the cheek.
