Most candidates were observed to be deficient in:
           (i)         application of technical terms;
           (ii)       adherance to the given specifications;
           (iii)      drawing to the required scales;
           (iv)      using conventional symbols;
           (v)       labelling and dimensioning;
           (vi)      freehand drawing.
          (vii)       Using suitable drawing instruments
Candidates are therefore advised to do regular practice using first principle, thus becoming well acquainted with standard methods in drawing. In addition to this candidates should produce standard drawing instrument for use.
