Some of the candidates performed well in the areas requiring them to draw the pictorial view of an object. Also, workshop tools or instruments were sketched considerably well ­indicating an improvement in the use of freehand by the candidates. Nevertheless, these improvements did not translate to overall better performance compared to the previous years.
