The paper compared favourably with those of the previous years in terms of standard, structure, and work demand. It covered the entire syllabus and tested variety of concepts and levels of thinking. The rubrics were clear, the marking scheme was also adequate and the marks distribution was fair.

There was no ambiguity and candidates attempted the questions satisfactorily. It is therefore observed that the performance of the candidates was better than the previous years.
