Candidates performed poorly in question 1 (Voice), 3 (piano) and 4 (Organ).

Their poor performance can be attributed to
(i)Inadequate preparation towards the examination;
(ii)lack of qualified music teachers;
(iii)Ignorant of the syllabus.

In order to ameliorate this poor performance, candidates are advised to adequately prepare for the examination by
(i)giving equal attention to every aspect of the syllabus;
(ii)seeking the assistance of qualified music teachers.
