Generally all the questions were at the academic level of the candidates and within WASSCE syllabus and the candidates performance was better than that of the previous year. 

The marking scheme was quite explicit as applicable to the questions.

There were clear indications that some candidates lacked in-depth knowledge of the prescribed texts as they were unable to provide details from the contents of the texts.
