The standard of the paper was similar to that of the previous years. It touched all the sections of the syllabus and the questions were within the average candidates' reach. The rubrics were stated clearly. Standard answers were also supplied in the marking scheme.
The overall candidates' performance did not deviate much from the performance in previous years. It was still below expectation.
