Candidate’s weaknesses observed included the following:
(i)Inability to interpret the questions correctly;
(ii)Skimpy answers;
(iii)Very low level of expression in English;
(iv)Injection of irrelevant points in otherwise good answers.

The suggested remedies to overcome the above weaknesses include
(i)Candidates should be prepared to work harder;
(ii)Since they are private candidates, they should look for good tutorial centres to update their knowledge;
(iii)Government should equip public libraries with updated books for the benefit of private candidates.
