The candidates’ weaknesses include:

- Inability to label diagrams correctly;
- Wrong spellings of labelled parts;
- Inability to mention the products of digestion correctly;
- Lack of knowledge about the contributions of health pioneers.

The following remedies were suggested to overcome the weaknesses

- Efforts should be made to cover the syllabus on Health Science adequately and expose candidates to the practical aspects;
- Candidates should endeavour to have in depth understanding of topics in the syllabus;

The knowledge of how internal resistance is obtained is required.
The short- answer part was poorly attempted and most candidates
could not explain the intercept as the internal resistance.
