This was a straightforward and popular question. Some of the candidates that attempted the question were conversant with the features i.e. 'a' part, while others discussed the
introduction of Macpherson Constitution.
Candidates were very much at home with the 'b' part of the question as they were able to give the defects of the Constitution easily. Only a few could not make satisfactory attempts on the question. Most of the candidates scored good marks in this question.

(1)It made no position for the post of a Prime Minister/Regional Premier;
