The standard of the paper was high and compares favourably with those of previous years. All the relevant sections of the syllabus were covered by the questions and none of the questions were out of scope. The question were appropriate for the level of the candidates and the candidates and the rubrics were clear.
The standard of performance fell below that of previous years because of very low commitment on the part of the candidates towards their studies.
