Strengths

Majority of the candidates answered questions 1,3 and 6 very well. These questions were on food sources, functions and uses of protein and calcium, definition of some methods of cooking, consumer education, dishes and snacks that can be prepared using rice, reasons for meat to be thorougly cooked and points to consider when buying fresh fish and meat.
