(b)Ways of terminating a contract
(i)Performance: The contract can be terminated when each party has performed its own part of the contract.
(ii)Voluntary agreement of the parties.
(iii)Frustration: This occurs when the performance of the contract becomes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. war, flood etc.
(iv)Death: A contract is terminated if a party dies etc.
