The candidates performed creditably well in both (l0a). But majority of the candidates performed poorly in l0b. The answers expected in l0b are as follows:
Mail Order Business: This is a retail outlet that operates through the post office. He sells durable goods through the use of catalogues. It has not much need for shop assistant. It requires no shop spaces.
Hawking: This is retailing that involves movement from one location to the other. It is smaller scale in nature. It has limited range of goods. It is labour intensive.
Department shop: This a large Scale retailing. It sells wide variety of goods on self service basis. It usually occupies wide area. It is described as many stores under one roof etc.
