The standard of the paper was good and it compared favourably with those of previous years. The rubrics were concise and unambiguous. The questions were well structured, of good standard and covered a wide range of the examination syllabus. The marking scheme was clear, flexible and fair to candidates.
With a raw mean score of 31 and standard deviation of 18.30 the performance of the candidates was lower than that of Nov/Dec. 2006 WASSCE when the raw mean score was 36 with standard deviation of 19.00
