The standard of the paper was good and compared favourably with those of previous years. The rubrics were clear and unambiguous. The questions were well structured, and within the scope of the examination syllabus. The marking scheme was flexible and fair to candidates. There was no significant improvement in the performance of .candidates when compared with those of previous years.
