The question was not popular. The few candidates who attempted this question did not do well. They were expected to say how David reacted to the assassination of Abner. They failed to mention points like

(i)David ordered his subject to mourn the death of Abner.
(ii) David mourned for him.
(iii) He refused to eat.
(iv) David vowed not to eat until sun set.

The 'b' part of the question was poorly handled and this gave rise to poor scores as points like sense of justice, open mindedness, humility and the need to appreciate people were not mentioned.
