This question which is very straightforward was not popular among the candidates. They were expected to discuss the Mission of the spies sent by Moses and to say two lessons that our leaders can learn from the story. Many of the candidates who attempted the question failed to mention that:
(l) They murmured against Moses and other leaders
(2) God became angry with them because of ther lack of faith
(3) God decided to punish them but Moses pleaded on their behalf.
On the 'b' part lessons to be learnt are (i) foresight (ii) need for future leaders to have faith in God, (Ill) there is the need for leaders to inspire and motivate their people etc
