This question was not popular with the candidates. Those that attempted it wrote off the point and hence had poor marks. The essential points are the obligations of the church elders towards the flocks and the youths and to mention two duties of a good church leader. Some points of  mention are: (i) Elders to take care of the flock of God put in their care (ii) They must not be motivated by the salary paid by the church. (iii) They should put their anxiety on God. (iv) suffering in the name of God brings eternal joy.
On duties of a good church leader, some of the expected points are: He should be morally upright; he should resist any evil act; he should be prayerful and hospitable.
