The following weaknesses were observed from candidates' work:

-production of poor sketches;
-confusion of technical terms used in building construction;
-confusion of the functions of building components

To overcome these weaknesses, candidates should be taught on the use of sketches in illustrating building processes. Also, candidates should be exposed to practical aspect of building construction and visit construction sites.
